These are just some of the virtues behind our hugely successful sixteen years of trading here at The Lamb & Lark. We use only the finest, locally supplied produce and local meats. We produce good home cooking keeping things simple to create the very best results. This is a menu that caters for all tastes, gluten free, vegetarian and vegans.

STARTERS
Homemade Creamy Winter Vegetable Soup with warm sourdough roll and butter (GF/DF/V/VGN)
Homemade Garlic Mushrooms topped with cheese served with warm slices of baguette (GF/DF/V/VGN)
Smoked Salmon with beetroot puree, sliced beetroot and vodka creme fraiche (GF)
Breaded Camembert bites with cranberry & chilli jam and salad garnish (V)
Chicken Liver Pate with whisky and creme fraiche served with warm French baguette and caramelised red onion chutney (GF)
MAINS
Crown of locally sourced Roast Turkey served with Maris Piper crispy roast potatoes, seasonal buttered vegetables and rich gravy (GF)
Beef Bourguignon with a horseradish cream mash, buttered green beans and tender stem broccoli (GF)
Salmon Supreme with a roasted red pepper & tomato sauce served with
Dauphinoise potatoes, tender stem broccoli and green beans
Festive Nut Roast with vegan gravy, seasonal vegetables and crispy roast potatoes (GF/V/VGN)
Aubergine Mushroom, Onion & Tomato Lasagne with and a herby white wine sauce with spinach pasta topped with a creamy basil and cheese sauce. Served with a crispy green salad and garlic bread (V)
DESSERTS
Creme Brulee with prosecco poached apricots and homemade all butter shortbread (GF/V)
Festive Profiteroles with salted caramel whipped cream and dark chocolate sauce (GF/DF/V/VGN)
Raspberry Truffle Torte – raspberries folded into a rich truffle torte with a chocolate and raspberry coulis (GF)
Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie. Layers of salted caramel with a rich double cream fudge and a drizzle of caramel
Tarte au Citron – a creamy rich filling in a crispy all butter sweet pastry (made with double cream)
Selection of local cheese and crackers with spiced tomato chutney and grapes (£5 supp.)

A £10.00 deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any
circumstances. Guests cancelling ‘late’ may still be charged for on the day and this will mean you and your fellow guests having to pay for them.
