These are just some of the virtues behind our hugely successful sixteen years of trading here at The Lamb & Lark. We use only the finest, locally supplied produce and local meats. We produce good home cooking keeping things simple to create the very best results. This is a menu that caters for all tastes, gluten free, vegetarian and vegans.

STARTERS
Homemade Minestrone Soup (GF/DF/V/VGN)
Creamy Garlic Mushrooms served with warm bread (GF/DF/V/VGN)
Ham Hock & Apricot Terrine (GF)
Good Olde Prawn Cocktail (GF)
Southern Fried Chicken Goujons with a BBQ sauce
MAINS
Roast Turkey, pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing,
Maris Piper roasted potatoes, baby new potatoes, roasted
parsnips & seasonal vegetables with our meat infused
gravy (GF/DF)
Christmas Nut Roast with vegan gravy, roast potatoes
& seasonal veg (GF/V/VGN)
Salmon Fillet with a creamy white wine and dill sauce,
with Dauphinoise potatoes & seasonal veg (GF)
Festive Beef Burger – two 4oz beef burgers, layered with
melted Brie, shredded chicken in a BBQ & cranberry sauce
with iceburg lettuce. Served in a toasted bun topped with pig
in blanket and stuffing ball, served with fries
Homemade Vegetable Curry served with poppadums and
mango chutney (GF/V/VGN)
DESSERTS
Christmas Apple & Mincemeat Frangipane
Sticky Toffee Pudding – rich moist toffee cake with dates, with a
generous portion of homemade toffee sauce
Caramel Pannacotta – caramel mixed with cream, set perfectly
to a delicate wobble, served with homemade shortbread (GF/V)
Vanilla Cheesecake with a raspberry compote with clotted
cream vanilla icecream (GF/V/VGN)
Cheese & Crackers (GF)
Two scoops of mango & lemon sorbet (GF)
Mini Mince Pies with tea or coffee both available

A £10.00 deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any
circumstances. Guests cancelling ‘late’ may still be charged for on the day and this will mean
you and your fellow guests having to pay for them
